Tooth and Oral Health

Mouth and teeth are parts of our body used not only for chewing food; they are the first steps of digestion. Any disorder of teeth or mouth is painful and problematic.
Tooth Decay
Basically, tooth decay is the defect of normal tooth; acids harm the hard part of tooth. A cavity is formed, people do not take acid directly, acid is found in some food and drinks, and the main source of acid is in the mouth, with bacteria. When you consume sugar, these bacteria begin to feed with sugar and they give out acid. Tooth decay shows itself with black like spots and cavities. The peak point is pain; people generally do not consult to the dentist before experiencing this pain. The level of pain changes from person to person and if the disorder part is removed, the pain ends.
With little but essential precautions you can prevent possible tooth decay or overcome this disorder with little pain. First of all you should use toothpaste consisting fluorine. Sides of teeth should be brushed, cleaned with dental floss. Nourishment is a key factor, a balanced diet helps you to have healthy teeth, and you should keep yourself away from junk food as much as possible. Regular dentist control is also recommended; visit your dentist even if you look like you do not have any problem.
Tooth Disorders
Tooth decay is not the only problem related with tooth and oral health. It is a wide subject; tooth eruption is one of the other problems. Your tooth begins to appear and then disappear, this is a common disorder, the tooth is in the mouth and it can cause pain, if the situation is severe, tooth is removed. Gingival disorders are widespread, only brushing the teeth is not enough, gingival needs special care and it should be kept hygienic. Otherwise, it is a good place for bacteria and plaque, inflammation can be seen in this part.
The structure of teeth should be in harmony, if it is not, it does not look well and the situation can create serious problems. Orthodontics field deals with this disorder, the cause of it is generally genetic, but an accident, wrong treatment may cause it, too. Early diagnosis and treatment is vital for this disorder.
Halitosis or foul breath is related with oral disorders, there are other internal reasons of it, but teeth and mouth can be the source of it. Bacteria, decays, inflammation cause bad breath, it is sign of a health disorder and socially, bad breath damages human relationships.

Tooth care covers many actions, from brushing to mouthwash. Affective care makes you have healthy teeth, fresh breath, and good looking. There are things you can do by yourself such as regular brushing, but there are points for which you need professional help. You can not treat any disorder; you can not make regular control, so for tooth care consult to a dentist after fulfilling your own part. Brushing teeth three times a day is recommended, especially after eating sugary things, you should brush your teeth. Right brushing is also important, with elliptical movements brush your teeth for two minutes, if you do something wrong, use force; you can harm teeth, gingival. Regular cleaning should be performed by dentist in order to clean deeply. With this professional cleaning, plague and bacteria that you can not clean is removed, your teeth is healthier and whiter. Fluoride is the essential compound preventing tooth decay, while choosing toothpaste, keep that in mind.
