Smoking has many side effects on your health. Most of them are irreparable. What about your beauty, your skin, hair, briefly what about you? Have you ever thought the possible effects of smoking on your beauty? If you have not, you should think. There are many bad effects of smoking on your natural beauty.

First of all, dryness of skin is a common problem among smokers. Smoking prevents your skin to breathe. If your skin is without oxygen, there is not moisture. Day by day your skin becomes drier. It also looks pale.

Do you know that smoking causes cellulite? You did everything to get rid of cellulite, but it is still there. Do you plan to quit smoking? It is a well known fact that smoking causes cellulite. Without quitting, you can clear off cellulite.


You look older than you are? Your skin is full of wrinkles? Your skin is pale? Just begin with accepting that you are addicted to smoking. However, you can get over this. One of the most common effects of smoking on beauty is causing wrinkles. It damages blood cells. This means permanent damage for your skin. You look older than you are because of these wrinkles.

Face bones are affected by smoking. They are more obvious and your sight is collapsed. With this and pale skin, can you imagine how you look? Isn’t it horrible?

Skin changes color with smoking. It does not look lively. It is yellow, brownish or reddish. You can understand whether someone smokes or not looking at her/his face. The color change is a very obvious result of smoking.

Smoking reduces the effects of some certain vitamins. This means your skin has nothing to feed itself. For instance, effect of vitamin A is absorbed. If there is not vitamin A, your skin cells are open to any damage.

If you are smoking, the skin parts that do not see sunlight become thick. These parts also lose elasticity. The collagen level of the skin reduces. The change of skin is inevitable. All these elements come together and aging before its time waits for you!

Teeth are parts of our beauty. Smoking makes teeth change color. Your white teeth can go yellow and with time they become darker and darker. Sometimes regular tooth care is in vain due to smoking.  In addition to that, it causes bad odor.

With time, skin spots can appear on your skin. They begin lightly and then cover your skin. Imagine brown, yellow spots on your skin. Is it beautiful? If you do not think so, keep yourself away from smoking.

Smoking affects your eyes. Except for health effect, it also affects the view of your eyes. Your eyes become yellow after smoking. Nothing is the same after smoking. In addition to that, the effects of smoking on lips are very clear. Smoking makes your lips wrinkle.

It is scientifically accepted that smoking and facial hair growing has a close relationship. Smoking affects hormones. If you are smoking, you tend to grow facial hair more. It is a problem especially among women. However, no one wants hair on her face.
