Chris Cornell is an American singer. His full name is Christopher John Boyle. The main genre he used is rock. In addition to this, his style includes grunge, R&B, Jazz, metal and pop kinds. Along with being a good and famous singer, Chris Cornell is also a song writer, musician and vocalist. These are some of the features making Cornell a different voice and name in music world.
Until his solo career, Chris Cornell worked with some music groups such as Audioslave and Soundgarden. Between these groups, he worked solo and now he is going to release his third solo studio album. Cornell’s two other albums are Europhia Morning and Carry On. His upcoming album was titled as “Scream”. It will be released in 2009 and it is one of the most promising albums of this year.
Chris Cornell appeared in music world in 1984. Since then, American singer was always active with band works and solo works. In 1999 and 2008, this different voice of music world, Chris Cornell was nominated for Grammy Awards.

The third album of Chris Cornell will be released under the label of Mosley, Interscope. Producer of “Scream” album is Timbaland. The release date of Scream album was changed many times. It was planned to be released in 2008. However, due to some problems, the release date was cancelled and now it will be released in February, 2009.
Chris Cornell mixes many genres in this album, too, creating a different sound. However, rock and R&B dominate the upcoming Chris Cornell album. Many singles were released from the album “Scream”. The first single is “Long Gone”, released on July 29, 2008. After this first single, “Watch Out”, “Ground Zone”, “”Scream”, “Part of Me” and “Never Far Away” singles were released. Watch Out was released in August, both Ground Zone and Scream were in September, Part of Me in October and finally Never Far Away was released in this November.
