Learning how to cope with stress is very essential and there is a lot you can do to protect yourself from stress.

Here are some techniques for stress management:

• First step you should search out your stressors in your life and recognize how to show reactions to them.
• Make a list of all your stressors and mark the things that you can change.
• Be aware of your both physical and physiological reactions to the stressors.
• Reward yourself in some ways for your accomplishments
• Know your limits and do not try to do more than you can.
• Remove yourself immediately from the stressful situation.

• Drink eight glasses of water everyday.
