Sun is a great source for human being, but when it is used wrong, it is a source of troubles. Dermatologists say that the main reason of skin cancer is sun rays. Especially in summer days, we like sunbathing; it is good for our body but it can also give harm to our body, keeping the balance is important, so what should we do? Keep that in mind, the more you sun tan, the more your skin is damaged!
Effect of Sun Rays on the Skin
Some amount of the sun rays reaching to your skin is reflected, but some of it is absorbed and conserved by the skin. These absorbed and conserved lights cause spots on the skin, freckling, skin cancer, wrinkles, getting old before time, burning and pain. These are just major effects of sun rays, they change according to your skin types, your exposure time etc.
Suggestions for Sunbathing
Never ever sunbath between the hours 11:00 and 16:00, this is the time that sun rays come directly, it is much more harmful than other times. If you want to know which time is suitable for sun tanning, watch your shadow, when your shadow and your height are equal, it is the time; the sun rays are not so harmful.
