Apple introduced second generation iPhone 3G which is lower priced on Monday. The new model was launched by Steve Jobs who said the phone would be “more affordable”, starting at $199 (£100). It will be in stores in 22 countries on July 11 and in Czech Republic, Egypt, Greece, India, South Africa and Turkey later this year.

3G Speed:
The system, which iPhone 3G uses, is called HSDPA (High-Speed Downlink Packet Access. According to Steve Jobs, 3G iPhone has “three times faster” downloading capability compared to the original model.

As it’s known, iPhone already delivers mobile multitasking.
