Having great looking, strong and healthy hair is not just a dream. With a few tips you can look great with your charming hair. Only skin care or body care does not bring beauty. Hair care should be a part of your regular care.

Tips for Hair Care
First of all, do not use every product for your hair. Even a simple shampoo can damage your hair permanently. Try to use the same hair products. If you will use a new one, before applying it to all hair, you should use in a small area and see the result. Diet and healthy life affect our hair like every other parts of body. Consume vitamin, mineral and protein rich foods, prefer fresh fruit and vegetables. These are just some point of the diet. People do anything to lose weight and unbalanced diet may result in hair loss. Keep yourself away from shock diets. Sudden diet changes cause great damages on your hair. Keep that in mind the only source for your hair is the food you consumed!

Smoking and drinking directly affect hair. Excessive smoking and consumption of alcohol not only cause the loss of hair, but they also cause the death of your hair. In addition to that, among smokers oily hair is a common problem.

Seasonal hair loss is an event that we all experience. Heat, weather, circumstances and many other seasonal things affect hair. Daily loss of 50 – 100 hair is normal. If the situation is more serious, consult with a doctor.

Natural Solutions for Hair Care
You do not have to pay lots of money for cosmetics. For hair care, you can use home made solutions. Indeed, these are more natural and useful. If you want to have clear and oil free hair, wash your hair with vinegar. After using vinegar, just wash your hair once more. After regular usage you will see the difference. If your hair light and weak, you can comb with olive oil. Wait for absorption. For cleaning it use shampoo or soap. Dandruff is a common hair problem. If you are experiencing this problem, use water of boiled celery. It will reduce dandruff and after a while, the problem will disappear. Dryness of hair damages hair very much. In order to prevent this, wash your hair with apple vinegar. It will solve dryness problem.
