While a product causes cosmetic allergy for a person, it does not cause the same thing for another persona. This depends on many factors. But the products causing cosmetic allergy are generally mascaras, makeup removals, hair dyes, sun lotions, hair removal creams and cream types. This does not mean a shampoo does not cause allergy. However, these materials are the most common allergy makers.

First of all, try any cosmetic product before buying and applying on your skin. If you have sensitive skin, you should pay more attention to this. There is an important point while testing a product. Never ever use a common tester, demand a special one for you. Otherwise, the product can cause more serious problems. After applying cosmetic, if there is not any problem buy a little package just in case fully applying can cause a problem.

Before applying cosmetic you should be sure that your hands are clear and hygienic. This is extremely important for eye products. In addition to this, use dry and hygienic tools for applying cosmetics. Pay special attention to this.

Check the expiration date of cosmetic products regularly. Throw any product if it expired. If you keep on using it, it can cause allergy while it does not do such a thing under normal circumstances. Nothing is more important than your health and beauty.

Clean cosmetic products from time to time. Cleaning their packages and tools are very important. This reduces the risk of cosmetic allergy. Besides that you should not mix any cosmetic product. Mixing cosmetics can irritate your skin.
