2012 – the most anticipated year.

People believe that this day will be a world changing day. There are many theories by many people about this day. Some say that the world will end, but others say that it will be world changing and not ending.
How did all this 2012 anticipation start you might ask, and it is a very good question actually. The 2012 anticipation started when the modern day civilization discovered that the Mayan Calendar would end one of its great cycles on the 21st December 2012. The 2012 anticipation did not stop, and many people now believe that there will be a significant event in the year 2012.
Another theory is the Nibiru Collision, which was started by the founder of ZetaTalk. He believe that Nibiru(Planet X) will collide with earth and destroy civilization. Another theory claims that the human beings will ascend to a higher level of existence, and that a very intelligent and civilized alien civilization is watching over the humans, so they can ascend peacefully. This theory however sound just like Arthur C. Clarkes novel “Childhood’s End”.
If we had to put all the 2012 theories together, it would take a lifetime just to search and find all the 2012 theories which are floating around on the internet. Many people have their own individual theories, and some believe that nothing will happen.
The true fact is that we have to have patience and wait for the specific date to pass. No one can be sure of anything and especially not the future. We have to wait and see. However, we do believe that the world will be chaotic in the weeks up to December 21st 2012. People will commit suicide (as seen before) and we will see a highly increase in criminal activities.
